Розглянуто головні регіональні особливості соціально-екологічного дослідження міста. Виявлено об’єктно-предметну основу соціально- екологічної ситуації. Визначено найважливіші чинники формування сучасної соціально-екологічної ситуації в місті. Досліджено основні важелі природокористування на території міста.

The main regional peculiarities of the socio-ecological city’s research are considered. The object – subject base of social-ecological situation is disclosed. The principle factors of the formation of the social-ecological situation in the city are determined. The basic levers of the nature management on the city’s territory are explored.
